Sean Campbell is a highly respected Roofing Consultant and industry leader with more than 20 years of hands‑on experience in roofing, waterproofing, and building‑enclosure restoration. As the Principal and Owner of Trimstyle Consulting (2026 ) Inc., Sean brings a rare combination of technical expertise, field‑tested insight, and strategic leadership to every project the firm undertakes.

A trade‑qualified journeyman roofer and former foreman, Sean has installed and inspected virtually every major roofing system used in today’s market. His practical foundation is complemented by advanced professional credentials, including Accepted Roofing Inspector status with the Roofing Contractors Association of British Columbia (RCABC) and the Registered Roof Observer (RRO) designation through the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC).

Before acquiring Trimstyle Consulting, Sean served as Roofing Practice Leader for a major international consulting firm, where he oversaw all roofing operations across British Columbia. Since 2019, he has led teams delivering more than $100 million in combined project value, managing complex rehabilitation programs for school districts, municipalities, health authorities, federal agencies, and major commercial property groups.

Sean is widely recognized for his commitment to elevating industry standards. He serves as Secretary/Treasurer for the Western Canada Chapter of IIBEC and contributes to multiple national and regional committees focused on advocacy, education, and emerging professionals. In 2025, he was honoured with IIBEC International’s Emerging Professional of Excellence Award.

Known for his clear communication, rigorous quality‑control practices, and client‑first approach, Sean brings deep technical knowledge and a steady leadership presence to every project. His work reflects a long‑standing dedication to improving roofing performance, extending asset life, and ensuring clients receive durable, cost‑effective solutions built on proven best practices.

John is the past Owner of Trimstyle and remains a stakeholder in the new Trimstyle 2026 entity. He has been leading the Trimstyle corporation since its inception in 2005.

John will now re-direct his efforts as a Senior Special Project Consultant, assisting with large multi-faceted roofing and waterproofing projects.  John holds separate degrees in Architectural Technology, a 3-year program from Vanier College and a Bachelor of Economics with a Building Science minor from Concordia University.

He has participated and led on multiple industry Boards of Directors, including the RCABC and IIBEC, where we was a past president. John presently sits on the IIBEC Foundation board, which assists in directing IIBEC foundation funds for technical research on young professional development. He supports the foundation in the Benefactor category.

John hold the RRC designation as a Registered Roof Consultant, the top designation for this field of practice.

Tony Delavalle

Tony has been actively involved in the roofing industry since the age of 16. He obtained his journeyman's Red Seal designation in 1998, practicing his trade with multiple lower mainland Contracting firms in the 90's and early 2000's; providing him with the tools and hands-on experience  for most-in -use roofing assemblies designed and employed in Western Canada.

Commencing in 2006, Tony changed his focus, concentrating on roofing and waterproofing inspections, taking multiple continuing education programs and courses with IIBEC and the RCABC. He obtained his RRO designation (Registered Roof Observer) in 2007 and his RCABC inspectors certification later the same year. In addition to these accreditations, he further augmented his status by also being certified as a Level 1 thermographer.

Tony has been employed with 2 lower mainland Consulting firms since 2007, joining the Trimstyle family in 2018. He is considered an accomplished and well respected Roofing Inspector, specializing in sloped and flat roofing application.

Tony is a past instructor of the Red Seal Apprentice roofing program offered at the RCABC training facility.

Doug Krieger

Doug is originally from Waterloo, Ontario where he graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Arts. Doug moved to Vancouver in 1996 and attained a Diploma in Architectural Civil/Structural Drafting (CAD) from Vancouver Community College.

While drafting as a project leader with well-established Engineering Consultants, Doug gained the necessary Building Envelope Science and Restoration experience and computer skills to start his own drafting company in 2008. Since then, he has produced drawing sets for many structures: low-rise residential buildings (private, strata, and government owned), schools, malls, high-rises, parkades, and private homes. He is familiar with industry specific drafting standards and guidelines and utilizes the latest ACAD software. Doug’s expertise and focus make him a valuable member of the Trimstyle family.
